We deliver all across Pakistan through our trusted logistics partner, Leopard Courier.


What Are Your Delivery Timings?

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.


How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during promotions or sales.

Disclaimer: Almadina Mobiles is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Unavailable or uncontactable recipient
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays

We will do our best to keep you informed in such cases.

Note: For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully authorized before dispatch.


Why Might My Delivery Be Delayed After Payment?

In some cases, especially with international card payments, there might be a brief verification period to ensure secure transactions. Once approved, we dispatch the order immediately.


Delivery Charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs.190 is applicable on all orders, due to rising fuel costs.


Is Identification Required on Delivery?

  • For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card): Yes, identification and a signature are required as proof of delivery.
  • For COD orders: No ID is required, but you must sign the delivery receipt.

What Should I Do When I Receive My Delivery?

All packages are carefully sealed before dispatch. Upon receiving your package:

  1. Inspect the outer packaging for signs of tampering or damage.
  2. Do not accept the parcel if the packaging appears compromised.
  3. Return it to the courier immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Important:
We strongly advise customers to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
This video is required to process any claims for:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items

Without video proof, refunds or replacements will not be entertained.


Can I Modify My Delivery Address After Ordering?

No. Once the order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
If necessary, you can:

  1. Cancel the order
  2. Re-order using the correct address

Prepaid payments will be refunded according to our refund policy.


What If My Package Was Delivered to the Wrong Person?

Please contact our customer support team or Leopard Courier immediately to investigate and resolve the issue.
