Almadina Mobiles and Training Center – User Agreement
This User Agreement (this “Agreement” or “Terms”) is entered into among you (“User” or “You” meaning all individuals or entities who register, log in, use, or browse our Services), and Almadina Mobiles and Training Center, its subsidiaries, affiliates (“Almadina Mobiles”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and operational cooperators (“Cooperator”), each as a “Party”, collectively the “Parties”, containing the terms and conditions that govern the access and use of the services offered by Almadina Mobiles and Training Center (“Site”), including but not limited to product-related services, after-sales services, customer support, training and educational services.
The Site is the property of Almadina Mobiles and its licensors. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT; OTHERWISE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Almadina Mobiles reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion and without notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. CONTENT
All materials including text, graphics, photos, audio, videos, logos, trademarks, and computer code (“Content”) are the intellectual property of Almadina Mobiles or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws. You may not upload, publish, distribute, modify, or use this content without express written permission.
2. USE
2.1 Use of Services
- We may suspend or stop providing services if you fail to comply with our terms or policies.
- You receive no ownership of intellectual property by using our Services.
- Do not alter legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
- Do not use our Services in any way that violates local or international laws.
- You may receive service-related messages from us.
- Downloadable software may update automatically; you may not reverse-engineer or distribute it without permission.
- If you use our Services on behalf of a business, that business agrees to these Terms and will indemnify us from related claims.
2.2 Use of Account
- Certain features require you to create an account.
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for your account’s security.
- Unauthorized use or misuse of accounts may result in suspension or deletion.
- Content you post on our Site or social media pages is deemed public information.
- You may not:
- Use another person’s account.

- Upload malicious software or viruses.
- Bully, harass, or threaten others.
- Post discriminatory, violent, or explicit content.

3. PURCHASES
- Product/service purchases are subject to additional terms, which are part of this Agreement.
- Almadina Mobiles reserves the right to change product prices and availability without notice.

b) Privacy: Use of this Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Note: Internet communications are not always secure; you accept that your messages may be intercepted.
4. VIOLATIONS & DAMAGES
You breach the Agreement if you:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Violate this Agreement or associated Policies.
Consequences may include account suspension, legal action, or liability for costs or damages resulting from your actions. Inaction on our part does not waive our rights.
5. DISCLAIMERS & WARRANTIES
- Services are provided “as is”.
- We disclaim all warranties including accuracy, reliability, and suitability for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for third-party content, damages due to errors, delays, or technical issues.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
7. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Almadina Mobiles, its directors, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
9. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
10.1 Force Majeure
We are not liable for service failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
10.2 Entire Agreement
This document and linked Policies constitute the full agreement between you and Almadina Mobiles and replace any prior agreements.
10.3 Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest of the Agreement remains enforceable.
10.4 Assignment
Neither party may transfer rights under this Agreement without written consent, except that Almadina Mobiles may assign this Agreement to an affiliate with notice.

Headings are for reference only and have no legal significance.
11. CLAIM POLICY
To claim for missing or damaged items, you must provide an uncut video of the package opening. No claims will be processed without video evidence.
